Pleasure Point is an iconic Santa Cruz neighborhood situated on a beautiful stretch of coast. It might be a small neighborhood, spanning from approximately 30th Avenue to 41st Avenue, but it has a big history. This beachside haven is home to one of the biggest surfing hotspots in Santa Cruz. Directly in front of famed surfer and businessman Jack O’Neill’s house, the “O’Neill” surf break has become a legendary spot. Though Pleasure Point doesn’t have the shopping districts that other Santa Cruz neighborhoods have, residents can do most of their shopping and dining in nearby Capitola.
