Spectacular Ocean Views! This house is on the bluff with a wonderful view of the ocean and surf. Pleasure Point is a world class surf location and has waves that range from expert to beginner because of the way the long surf comes into this area. The Pleasure Point neighborhood in Santa Cruz brings together some of the most desirable aspects of a city that’s packed with beachside views, great surf spots, fine dining, shopping and more. Situated in a small section near coastal Capitola, Pleasure Point encompasses the area from Portola Drive to the beaches between 30th Ave. and 41st Ave.
The house has a great room that opens to a deck for watching the sunrise, ocean, surfing and occasionally even whales! The kitchen is at the front of the great room and is well supplied with all necessary cooking amenities. There are three bedrooms, one upstairs with a queen bed and two downstairs. The first downstairs bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a separate twin bed with trundle bed. It can sleep 4. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. In total, you can sleep 8 in the bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
In addition, you have access to wireless internet, Chromecast, a flat screen TV with DVD and cable channels. The home also has an outside surf shower with direct access to the downstairs shower. The home also has a washer and dryer for your use. Two permitted street parking passes are available for guests to use during stay for parking in front of the house. (you only need them on weekends and Holidays during the summer months.) There are public access stairs leading to the beach near the right side of the house.
