Nestled between Downtown and Live Oak, Seabright is a charming Santa Cruz neighborhood. Though it doesn’t have expansive beaches, huge boardwalks, or bustling shopping districts like some of the other areas in Santa Cruz County, this quaint part of town offers peaceful natural scenery, low-traffic neighborhood roads, and all of the shops and services you need within a short distance. You’ll often see bikers riding in the evening and walkers out for a morning stroll at the Yacht Harbor or Seabright State Beach. It’s a great community with a small town atmosphere.
