The second bedroom has a twin bed with trundle.
Tons of natural light pour into the house! Washer & dryer included for your convenience. There is a private tennis court on the property for your use, if you bring your own equipment.
You are 30 minutes to Los Gatos, 10 minutes to Capitola, 15 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz and UCSC. Quiet and convenient!!
This is a private guest house. The owners live in the main house on the same property. The two homes are separated by a small vineyard. There are two mini horses on the property below the house. They are friendly and like to be pet, please no feeding!
